HOA Dues

All monthly HOA dues and Road Assessment payments should be paid via the following methods:

· Checks should be made payable to ICHA and mailed to:
ICHA, P.O. Box 30076, Savannah, GA 31410-0076
or dropped at #13 Island Creek Lane in the locked porch mailbox.

· Bill Pay from your bank. You may send your payment to us from your bank’s bill pay feature. In setting up your bill pay, please include your home number as your account number for the payee and our address listed above as the mailing address.

Your payment due date is the first of the month. Payments arriving after the 15th of the month will be subject to late fees as indicated in the Declarations. In the event your amenities payment arrives late, you will only be assessed a penalty on the amenity portion – not on the road assessment fee (if applicable).

Road Assessment payments can be sent as separate payments or together

in one payment with your HOA dues.

Road Assessment Monthly Fee: $36.55

Phase 1 HOA Monthly Dues: $183

Phase 2 HOA Monthly Dues: $140
